- How can I ensure to get a personalised quote / price tailored to my situation?
Every job hunter or career changers personal circumstances is unique. To obtain a personalised quote and nonstandard pricing tailored to your circumstances, ensure to fill out a complete inquiry form and ensure to attach your old resume and at least one link to a job ad. This enables us to assess and provide a personalised quote.
- What areas do you specialise in?
Having been in business since 2010 there are not too many market segments, we aren’t comfortable working within. We are trained to make sure we ask you the right questions to ensure the right content is where it needs to be on your documentation. This is done via the Review interview.
The industry sectors that are prominent amongst our clientele include building & construction, mining, education, IT, Telecommunication, sales, administration, engineering, council, local and state government, HR and– medicine – hospital and other general healthcare. We also receive a high volume of graduate resumes and resume requests from individuals who are returning to the workforce and these are across a broad range of disciplines.
- Why do you conduct a Review Interview with the client?
Every client’s personal circumstances is unique. We need to schedule you for a 30+ - 60 minute review call with us (Skype / Zoom / Google Meet or over the phone) during which we extract important / additional information and insights about your skills and work experience. This collaborative info session is required to draft the documents and add the required key wording. We need to speak to you personally for this to be effective.
- Can I meet with you in person?
Our team comprises of 18 writers across multiple locations in Australia & also 3 team members in New Zealand. All writers are contracted to us and they focus on writing. The review interview is conducted by a dedicated staff member in the Sydney or Brisbane offices. You can choose to conduct the review interview
- Via phone – mobile or landline
- Or alternatively via Zoom – Skype – Google Meet Video Session
For your own safety and the quality of the interview session, ensure that you are not driving during the review session.
- How long does the resume writing process take?
Typically, the process takes 3-4 working days. (Our team members do not work on weekends unless specifically booked for it) We do also offer a fast turnaround service that allows us to get resumes back to you within 48 hours. There is an additional charge ranging from $79 to $99 depending on complexity of the job for this service.
- Do you provide resume or cover letter revisions?
We offer up to 2 (two) revisions. If a client requires changes or corrections. The process for revisions is explained in the Handover documentation. Requests for revisions or changes must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt of the Draft resume documents.
(Our team members do not work on weekends unless specifically booked for it) revision requests must be made in accordance with our handover instructions and in writing. We do not facilitate revision requests over the phone- via text message or other social media platforms.
- Does CVJedi provide Express Services and what is the extra charge?
We do also offer a fast turnaround service that allows us to get resumes back to you within 48 hours. There is an additional charge ranging from $79 to $99 for resumes depending on complexity of the job for this service.
- How do I know you provide a good service?
There are a number of ways you can check up on us to make sure we’re doing a good job. First of all, we have a number of comments left by customers on our testimonials page. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to SPECIAL PACKAGE DISCOUNTED JOBS where CV Jedi has agreed to a discounted rate greater than 10% of the actual standard rate.
- How can payment be made and when do I Pay?
We accept most forms of payment including credit card, direct bank transfer ( BPay ) and also EFT and all is processed via our payment platform Stripe. We provide every client with a tailored quotation to the email address provided by the client and we recommend payment via Bank Transfer EFT.
The payment for all our services is pre-paid.
- How does your money back guarantee work?
If you use CV Jedi’s services and are not satisfied with the final products delivered, we offer a full money back guarantee. The Money Back Guarantee applies to services under the standard pricing, as shown on our service site. The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to Special Package Discount Quotation and our Money Back Guarantee is discretionary, and CV Jedi reserves the right to attempt to fix any issues prior to authorising Money Back payment.
